When I use a power washer to clean with, I like to start cleaning the tile that is closest to a wall first, and then work my way away from the wall. This way you do not have to come back over and over and clean the same wall. Also, you want to avoid spraying dirt and mud onto the side of the house if at all possible. Also, when you’re cleaning outdoor tile, make sure that you have your widest angle nozzle, because this will help you to do the job faster.

If you are learning how to clean grout inside your home, you should start by using a steam cleaner. Steam cleaners really get the job done fast and efficiently. When using a steam cleaner, it allows you to penetrate deep into the grout and remove grout stains as you are cleaning. Please be aware that after you use a steam cleaner, you’re going to want to use a grout sealer. A grout sealer will actually help you to not have to clean your grout as often, and will help it to look much nicer. Also if you use a grout sealer and a steam cleaner, you don’t have to worry about chemicals destroying your grout over time because you are not using any. Using a steam cleaner to clean grout inside your home is about twice as fast as trying to clean it by hand. Using a pressure washer outside of your house is 3 to 4 times faster than cleaning with a tile and grout cleaner and a scrub brush.
