It used to be that noses were the number one cosmetic surgery chosen by people who wanted to change the looks of there face. Known as rhinoplasty, this is an involved procedure that often times could take more than one visit to the surgeon to get right. The surgeon is very careful to match the directional growth of the surrounding hairs in order to make the results as natural looking as possible.
