Newborn baby clothes will usually fit babies up to twelve pounds, so depending how much your baby weighs when he is born will determine how long he will wear that size. Usually, not for long. The little shoes, the hats, sweater sets, little purses. They are certainly packaged for impulse buying. Just try to be practical and buy your most very favorite. They will be outgrown in a matter of weeks and you will probably get more as gifts. You definitely won’t need to buy shoes for your new born but they do sell little socks that look just like he is wearing shoes! So cute.

A new baby means lots of shopping but just remember that you won’t be shopping for 0-3 months for long so avoid temptation to buy all those cute itty bitty clothes as chances are in a mater of weeks or months your baby will no longer need them. You will be shopping for this baby for many years to come. There will be plenty of amazing outfits and super toys and equipment ahead for all.
